HotOffice® 4.0 Upgrades Features, Functionality for Small Biz Users

BOCA RATON, FL (October 30, 2000) - Boca Raton, Fla. - October 30, 2000 - HotOffice.com, provider of the HotOffice® Web-Based Intranet Service for small businesses, has launched a new version of its award-winning virtual office service. HotOffice 4.0 enables subscribers to customize their private virtual offices by uploading their company logo and other company-specific information. In addition, news headlines from ABC.com and local weather information from AccuWeather are now available to both subscribers and users of the free HotOffice option through a licensing agreement with iSyndicate, the preeminent content syndication service on the Internet.

Also, HotOffice is now the first virtual office service to offer customers a CD backup of their HotOffice information. Subscribers will receive one free CD backup per year, with the option to purchase more frequent backups. Customers using the free version will be able to purchase backups as well.

Users will notice other upgrades, such as a convenient summary of the day's appointments on the "My Desk" opening page, a new interface for the Files & Documents area that enhances ease of navigation, and behind-the-scenes site service-enhancing features.

Also this year, HotOffice received the 2000 PC World World Class Award for Best Group Application.

"HotOffice customers can count on continuing upgrades and new features that give them big-business access to the full power of a corporate intranet at a fraction of the cost," said R.
